Companies cannot pay to remove, alter or influence reviews.
Protecting reviewer anonymity is fundamental to our platform.
You should only submit a review if:

Workplace experiences can be emotional.
We encourage honest criticism.
We do not encourage hostility.
Please avoid:
Focus on behaviours, systems and workplace culture rather than attacking individuals.
To protect everyone’s privacy, please avoid naming:
Instead of writing:
“Sarah in HR lied to me.”
Write:
“The recruitment process lacked transparency.”
Do not publish:
CultureLedger is a workplace transparency platform—not a place to disclose confidential business information.
Content that promotes or encourages discrimination based on protected characteristics will not be published.
This includes:
Everyone deserves respect.
Reviews must represent genuine experiences.
We prohibit:
Trust depends on authenticity.
You may use AI to help improve grammar or structure.
However:
Your review must reflect your own genuine experience.
Reviews written entirely by AI or generated from fabricated information are not permitted.
Please focus on workplace-related topics such as:
Political opinions, unrelated disputes or personal grievances that are not connected to the workplace may be removed.
Companies may respond to reviews.
We encourage constructive dialogue.
Responses should:
CultureLedger moderates company responses using the same standards applied to reviews.
Every review goes through moderation before publication.
