Iceland is a marvelous and tremendous tourism favorite rightly known as the land of ice and fire due to it’s huge and magnificent ice covered mountains and volcanoes. One such unusual culture is their staunch belief in mysterious or ‘hidden’ beings such as elves and trolls. Those who plan to visit Iceland should try to avoid this topic. Iceland is an expensive shopping place with high prices of almost everything. Tipping therefore is not a common culture in Iceland.
